Loosen your body, mind and soul

Dance is done with the body but is done for the soul. I had a lot of issues. I thought would never get better. Then I started dancing and boom!. I came across an article that read the benefits of the dance on mental and physical health. I started dancing as a part of my routine. I know dance cannot replace the therapies and sessions I want for my mental health concerns. It however can make me feel better, boost my confidence and give me the strength to go get myself the help I want.
Dancing has helped me throughout.
